When you eat something the products that you are ingesting can stay in your body a lot longer than you may think. I think that I have even heard somewhere that products like donuts can stay in your system for as long as 7 years. I am not saying that you have donut in your digestive track for that long but possibly some of the ingredients when they break down can not be successfully passed through your body normally. That is why I like to do an organic colon cleanse from time to time to get rid of anything I may have ingested and is still sitting in my body.

I can’t believe what i have to go through yesterday just to find a hair salon and get my hair done. First i drove all over town, pretty much with a fifty mile radius of my house trying to find a hair salon that was open during the holidays.  When i finally found one, there was at least a three hour wait to get my hair done. Well i have started my new assistant managers job at the red Lobster this week. I have really enjoyed working there over the past couple of years. I started there while I was a Junior in college and i liked the atmosphere and the people involved. even though I have a degree in Marketing now I have decide I want to stay with the company.
