The New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center, just to name a few, were some really terrific organizations that I was extremely impressed to learn about his leadership roles with them.  For our selfless and brave heros of September 11th, a good amount of these projects offered deeply needed and appreciated medical assistance.   Nobody could fail to be moved by tales of the 9/11 heroes who are at last able to recover from the 9/11 cough and get a peaceful night’s sleep.  It is both inspiring and remarkable that such an accomplished businessman as Ron Pollack would invest so much time and hard work in assisting these wonderful foundations in their charity work.
