are you doing the most every day to get to your fitness goals. that is what it takes to rezch them that is for sure. you have to be sure that byou are not going to over train though and that is a major concern. it has happened to me many different tiomes and i end up getting sick. if that is the problem that you are running into thenn youneed to be checking on the amount of working out that you are doing and then decreasing the frequency of your training. the ab workout that i was doing was just too much and i had to slow down.
