A convincing argument

My environmentally conscience friend read about converting his gas burning car, which he drove as sparingly as possible to reduce pollution, into a part gas and part water burning car. Using water 4 gas is something that I had not thought was possible yet. But it is. He bought some books, purchased some parts for around $150, and has cut his gas costs and emissions and gas mileage tremendously. He was happy to report that the government is on board supporting this by offering IRS refunds for operating a car on part water. He is saving money and the atmosphere and is convincing all his friends to join him.
