Car Runs On Water?

Some smart individual came up with an idea that would allow you to run your car with water.  Think about how this could change the dynamics of our life as we know it.  How many gallons of gas are burned every single minute?  Just drive to even a small city, and you will see hundreds of cars being driven.  Every time someone turns on the ignition there goes some more gas being used.  Over eight percent of the earth is made up of water.  It does not sound like we will ever run out.  It is time to start using unlimited resources to power our vehicles.
