Beware Of Management Changes

Sometimes, your stock trading software doesn’t take into fact of management changes.  Most softwares uses technical analysis rather than fundamentals because fundamentals is based more on feelings than numbers while technical analysis is the opposite.  That’s why it’s so important for investors to always do their stock homework no matter what.  Anyways, it’s important for investors to beware of manamement changes (especially CEO changes) because they will create big changes in the stock price.  Whether the CEO retires, gets fired, or quits; any leaving of a CEO will cause the stock price to fall.  This will happen 99% of the time.
