Lost Customers

Recently we decided to take our online business in a new direction and we have found that it is not working. Our recent numbers have actually showed a major decline in the number of hits to our website and we have even lost some of our loyal customers. To help us get back on track we have hired on an outside company for project recovery consulting. We are hoping that an outside view into our business transactions will give us a view that we had not seen before. Hopefully this will happen fast as to not have any more permanent damage done to our bottom line.
