Setting up my own holiday Internet TV station

I would like to set TV station however the costs way to much.  So the only option left to me is the Internet So I’m thinking about setting up my own internet tv station before I did this I’m going to need to learn a lot about encoding video and uploading it is one of the different types of software available.

If they would like it to be a holiday TV channel tried to use all my holiday movies upload them to the Internet drop adverts in and hopefully make some money from those autonomy these I had lying around the office.
