What exactly is a Staffing Temp Agency? It’s usually an agency that works alot like a normal temp agency only they staff companies in a special way. When a company hires you their is alot of red tape involved and they cannot just easily let you go if you don’t work out without incurring some expenses. What companies are trying now is hiring a temp agency, some of which actually have an office in the same building as the job their working for, and they (the agency) hires you and outsource your work to the company in question. If you work out your temporary assignment ends and the company hires you officially. If not your simply done with your temp assignment.
