The Clinical Negligence Scheme For Trusts (known as CNST) is administered by NHSLA. The scheme was established in order to fund the cost of cases of medical negligence. Using this scheme, the authorities seek to support the effective reports and management of the claims. It is also done for a smoother management and to avoid any misuse or mislead of the laws.
