My Body Is Ready to Lose

I have had a few months to get ready for my husband to come home from a deployment and I have to say that I have failed on my weight loss goals. I have worked out steadily and even though I tried to eat right, I just could not do it. My body is in great shape but I am not as lean as I want. How do I lose fat quickly before he gets home? My body is absolutely ready to lose this unwanted extra pounds because I have been so diligent in keeping it exercised, but I need to find a way to shed the pounds fast.
