Vitamin K2: An Expense Worth Making
Have you ever heard of vitamin K? Vitamin K is essential to our good health. It is found to naturally occur in many foods such as soy beans, coffee, liver and leafy greens. However, our bodies could use additional vitamin K in the form of vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is not available in natural food sources, other than a traditional Japanese food called Natto made from soybeans. Vitamin K2 is very expensive, and for that reason many supplement companies choose not to include it their supplements. This is a shame because vitamin K2 has many bone and tissue health benefits.
