Application for Naturalization USCIS N400

If you are applying for citizenship you will need to complete USCIS N400.  The cost of this form is $595, which does not include a biometric fee of $80.00.  If you are 75 years old or older, you do not have to pay the biometric fee.  For people under age 75, your total fee will be $675.00.  If you are in the military and filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA, you are not required to pay anything for completing the application.  This form is accompanied by specific instructions on how to fill it out and there are numerous resources on the USCIS website for you to read about the United States government.
