Selling a home in Midvale

My home has been on the market for about four months and I haven’t had any offers.

I can’t lower the price anymore, so if you are looking at homes for sale in Midvale please check out my house. It is a pretty little three bedroom home that is nearly new and well kept. I lost my daughter here six months ago and I can’t bear to stay here any more. My loss is your gain, it really is a lovely home.

Midvale is a great town too. My wife loves all of the shopping and there is a park close by for the kids.
