Do not be fooled by professional coffee makers even if they look oh so industrial and durable. They cost you a fortune, giving you the impression that they will produce the exact same brew you get from your diner which is delicious and always hot. Some brands, however, don’t keep the water hot enough for brewing. So you end up with lukewarm coffee! Yuck, I mean who would want lukewarm coffee? It would make you thrown up, not perk you up. Others are just not easy to use because they do not have drip stop and would start brewing as soon as you put water into the coffee maker.
