When it is time to create a menu, before you begin any design work at all, you should take some time out and just have a think about the establishment that you are designing for and who are your target audience.
All too often with Indian Menus amongst others, they are simply produced from generic templates, which do little to portray an image or sense of the venue, leaving a negative impact in the impressions of those who look at them.
