Add URL of Web Site As Simple Links or Redirected Links?

This is an aspect of site submission that may not be obvious to many. There are two kinds of links you can get when you add a URL to a directory listing. It’s important you know about them if you want to boost your site traffic. The first type is the simple link, which gives the actual link to your Web address. The second type is a redirected link; instead of linking to your web site, it goes to a script in the directory and refers it to the URL. A directory that uses simple links is what you want to use since it points straight to your URL. A simple link counts as a vote of confidence as far as Google is concerned, but a redirected link will do no such thing for you.
