Bossy Breeds Need The Best Dog Training
When we got our puppy from the breeder, she warned us that his particular breed was prone to being bossy, and that we would need to enroll him in a good obedience school as soon as possible. She gave us the number for the Bay Area Dog Trainer who usually trains her dogs, and we signed up for lessons. It was a very positive learning experience for us as well as our dog, and we could see that the puppy was indeed learning to follow our lead. Now that he is almost full grown, he is perfectly behaved and we can count on him to be obedient.
