My son has a thousand invention ideas

Every time he turns one of his ideas into a prototype he files for a patent. While it is Patent Pending he just thinks of more ideas and makes more prototypes. One day he will get very rich from all the patents he has filed. I know a couple manufacturers have already approached him about contracting for some of his ideas but he put them off till he is fully protected by the completed patent. They tell him to please contact them when he is ready because they really want to produce his inventions and will give him an excellent royalty for the contract.
