Abs Bodybuilding is Driving Me Mad
I am working on a flat stomach for months now, but the abs bodybuilding workout just doesn’t seem to show any results. I have a clue what the reason might be and I found the info in an article I read this morning.
The mistake, I guess, is that I concentrate too much on the workout alone and ignore the other factors that play a role. A flat stomach with nicely shaped abs is not only the result of a strict workout routine. Obviously, there is more to it than just pumping every day. Now, I will take a close look at nutrition and cardio stuff as well. Hopefully, this will bring me closer to my dream body.
