Aintree is the home of The Grand National, the most celebrated, the most talked about horse race in the world with a global audience of over 600 million. No one event involves a nation quite like the grand national meeting, it is one of the most atmospheric sporting events and venues in the world. Each day of the three-day meeting is a truly momentous occasion. Based in Englasnd, UK, Aintree has an interesting history, and its first race was ran way back in the eary 19th century. Even to this day it hosts a plethora of Grand National sponsored events, and will be home to the national until they close it down!
