Arm Exercises Women Make Me Laugh
I always laugh out loud when I watch the arm exercises women perform at the gym. I wonder why none of the personal trainers to the gym give them any better advice for improving their routine. The major mistakes that I observe when I see women doing their fitness routine are the following.
They are training with too small weights. The misunderstanding here is that women think, it is possible to burn fat with targeted exercises. Unlucky, this is complete nonsense. It is not possible to spot lose weight. Therefore, if a woman wishes to sculpt her arms, it is not enough to perform arm exercises with low weights. Instead, a workout with higher weights helps sculpting the arm muscles a lot more.
