Getting Ready For Competition
I enjoy working out. I have been exercising at least 5 days a week for the past year and I love being fit. I love the results that my hard work show in my body. A friend at the gym even suggested I enter a body building competition. I like the way my body looks now but I will have to add on a few pounds of muscle if I want to get serious about entering into a competition. I asked a trainer friend of mine about the best supplements for muscle building. He suggested I look at a local health store.
