Here are a couple plyometric exercises to increase vertical height for you. Following these instructions carefully will help you, but if you do not then you will not improve at all. Pay attention to the details and you will start to see the results. One exercise is power skipping. In power skipping you skip across the court pushing off as high as you can. Another exercise that is similar is taking three steps and jumping as high as you can. This is like skipping but you add more steps in between.
