Real Estate DVD
I bought my home because of a DVD.
A few years ago I was ready to sell my big home and downsize to a condo on the beach but I just had not gotten around to it. Then I got a package in the mail from a local realtor.
It was in the shape of a little house and appeared to be some very neat DVD packaging. When I played the DVD inside, it introduced the realtor and showed pictures of local properties, including a condo on the beach.
The apartment was just what I wanted, so I called the realtor and, within six months, I was living in beach front property. I was very glad I had taken the time to watch that little DVD.
