Where can I find out more about the MCSE Requirements?

I am very interested in getting MCSE certification, but I am not sure what all is required of me in order to make this possible.  Can anyone tell me where I can find out more about the MCSE requirements? This would really help me out. Once I know what is required I can get started working toward meeting the requirements and passing the certification exams.  This should make it so much easier for me to find and qualify for good positions working with computers.  How many exams do I need to take in order to get my certifications totally up to date so I can increase my employability?
